Semena jsou produktem pohlavn\u00edho rozmno\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed, stonkov\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzky (tzv. klony*) jsou v\u00fdsledkem nepohlavn\u00edho nebo vegetativn\u00edho rozmno\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed. V nejjednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed form\u011b spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 od\u0159ez\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed stonkov\u00fdch \u0159\u00edzk\u016f v tom, \u017ee se od\u0159\u00edzne rostouc\u00ed v\u011btev nebo \u0161pi\u010dka v\u011btve, od\u0159\u00edznut\u00fd konec se vlo\u017e\u00ed do p\u011bstebn\u00edho m\u00e9dia a udr\u017euje se vlhk\u00fd, dokud nevyrostou ko\u0159eny. Nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed mate\u010dn\u00e9 rostliny se odeb\u00edraj\u00ed z vynikaj\u00edc\u00edch F1 hybridn\u00edch samic. Klonovat lze v\u0161echny rostliny konop\u00ed bez ohledu na jejich st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed nebo r\u016fstovou f\u00e1zi. Samonakv\u00e9tac\u00ed rostliny v\u0161ak dokon\u010d\u00ed sv\u016fj \u017eivotn\u00ed cyklus za m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 90 dn\u00ed a tvo\u0159\u00ed velmi kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9 mate\u0159sk\u00e9 rostliny. Obnoven\u00ed vegetace rostlin, kter\u00e9 kvetly p\u0159ed po\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm klon\u016f, je \u010dasov\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9. Existuje nespo\u010det p\u0159\u00edklad\u016f zahradn\u00edk\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed vytvo\u0159ili klony klon\u016f ze stejn\u00e9 odr\u016fdy v\u00edce ne\u017e 20kr\u00e1t. Stejn\u00e1 technika p\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed st\u00e1le pokra\u010duje s klony klon\u016f, kter\u00e9 ji\u017e d\u00e1vno p\u0159ekro\u010dily (C-20), a nedo\u0161lo k \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9mu zjevn\u00e9mu rozpadu s\u00edly nebo vitality klonu. P\u0159i p\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed v naprosto stejn\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed vypadaj\u00ed klony ze stejn\u00e9 matky obvykle stejn\u011b. Stejn\u00e9 klony vystaven\u00e9 odli\u0161n\u00e9mu prost\u0159ed\u00ed v r\u016fzn\u00fdch zahradn\u00edch m\u00edstnostech v\u0161ak \u010dasto vypadaj\u00ed jinak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

*Proto\u017ee nem\u00e1me dostatek v\u00fdzkum\u016f o konop\u00ed, mus\u00edme hledat informace u jin\u00fdch rostlin. Nap\u0159\u00edklad Bradfordsk\u00e1 hru\u0161ka vznikla na z\u00e1klad\u011b genetick\u00e9ho rozd\u00edlu v pupenu. Nov\u00fd v\u00fdhon m\u011bl lep\u0161\u00ed hru\u0161ky a z nich byly vytvo\u0159eny nov\u00e9 stromy. Ne v\u017edy jsou kompletn\u00ed, aby vznikla star\u0161\u00ed DNA, na kterou se p\u016fsobilo, a ust\u00e1len\u00fd fenotyp. Prav\u00fd klon vytvo\u0159en\u00fd z jedin\u00e9 bu\u0148ky byl pou\u017eit k vytvo\u0159en\u00ed velk\u00e9 skupiny, nesl celou identickou, ale novou DNA a kuri\u00f3zn\u00ed, ale tv\u00e1rn\u00fd fenotyp. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Jakmile m\u00e1 rostlina vyp\u011bstovan\u00e1 ze semene ur\u010den\u00e9 pohlav\u00ed (sam\u010d\u00ed nebo sami\u010d\u00ed) a dostane v\u0161echny dal\u0161\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 spou\u0161t\u011bc\u00ed teploty, sv\u011bteln\u00fd cyklus atd. je biologicky “kompetentn\u00ed”, p\u0159ipraven\u00e1 vstoupit do f\u00e1ze kvetouc\u00edho r\u016fstu. *IBA (kyselina indol-3-m\u00e1seln\u00e1, kyselina 3-indolem\u00e1seln\u00e1, kyselina indolem\u00e1seln\u00e1) je syntetick\u00e1 l\u00e1tka a je klasifikov\u00e1na agenturou EPA jako zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e1 chemik\u00e1lie a pesticid. Je tak\u00e9 mutagenn\u00ed, schopn\u00e1 zp\u016fsobovat mutace. NAA (kyselina 1-naftalenoctov\u00e1) je syntetick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edpravek registrovan\u00fd agenturou EPA jako pesticid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Nediferencovan\u00fd r\u016fst stimuluj\u00ed dva hlavn\u00ed hormony: kyselina 1-naftalenoctov\u00e1 (NAA) a kyselina indolem\u00e1seln\u00e1 (IBA). V\u011bt\u0161ina komer\u010dn\u00edch zako\u0159e\u0148ovac\u00edch hormon\u016f obsahuje jednu nebo ob\u011b syntetick\u00e9 slo\u017eky IBA a NAA. Mnoh\u00e9 hormony podporuj\u00edc\u00ed zako\u0159en\u011bn\u00ed obsahuj\u00ed tak\u00e9 fungicid, kter\u00fd pom\u00e1h\u00e1 p\u0159edch\u00e1zet patogen\u016fm, v\u010detn\u011b zvlh\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed. Pe\u010dliv\u011b si p\u0159e\u010dt\u011bte etikety hormon\u016f podporuj\u00edc\u00edch zako\u0159en\u011bn\u00ed. P\u0159i n\u00e1kupu se zam\u011b\u0159te na hodnotu. Produkty obsahuj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 koncentrace IBA a NAA. Komer\u010dn\u00ed produkty maj\u00ed sv\u00e9 slo\u017eky ve form\u011b pr\u00e1\u0161ku, kapaliny nebo gelu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Kdy\u017e stonek \u0159\u00edzku vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed ko\u0159eny, mus\u00ed se transformovat z produkce zelen\u00fdch kmenov\u00fdch bun\u011bk na v\u00fdrobu nediferencovan\u00fdch bun\u011bk (kalus) a nakonec na v\u00fdrobu ko\u0159enov\u00fdch bun\u011bk. Jakmile se bu\u0148ky nediferencuj\u00ed, rychle se p\u0159em\u011bn\u00ed na ko\u0159enov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Jakmile jsou \u0159\u00edzky odebr\u00e1ny, za\u010dnou klony vys\u00edlat do r\u00e1ny p\u0159irozen\u00e9 hormony zako\u0159e\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed; tyto hormony se v pln\u00e9 s\u00edle dostav\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b za t\u00fdden. Um\u011bl\u00fd zako\u0159e\u0148ovac\u00ed hormon vypln\u00ed pot\u0159ebu, dokud p\u0159irozen\u00e9 hormony nep\u0159evezmou vl\u00e1du. Gelov\u00e9 hormony se snadno udr\u017euj\u00ed v konzistentn\u00edm stavu a jejich pou\u017eit\u00ed je pro za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed zahradn\u00edky jednoduch\u00e9. Pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00e9 formy jsou volbou v\u011bt\u0161iny profesion\u00e1ln\u00edch zahradn\u00edk\u016f, proto\u017ee jsou levn\u00e9, konzistentn\u00ed a nezp\u016fsobuj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my. P\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravky na podporu zako\u0159en\u011bn\u00ed, jako je vrbov\u00e1 voda, jsou v tekut\u00e9 form\u011b a pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed se dlouhodob\u011b. Zako\u0159e\u0148ovac\u00ed kapaliny, gely ani pr\u00e1\u0161ky neaplikujte nad hranici p\u016fdy, jinak by mohlo doj\u00edt k nadm\u011brn\u00e9mu bobtn\u00e1n\u00ed stonk\u016f v nadzemn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Tekut\u00e9 zako\u0159e\u0148ovac\u00ed hormony lze snadno \u0159edit a m\u00edchat v r\u016fzn\u00fdch koncentrac\u00edch. Zahradn\u00edci m\u00edchaj\u00ed nej\u0159ed\u011bn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed koncentraci pro \u0159\u00edzky m\u011bkk\u00e9ho d\u0159eva. Jak\u00fdkoli zako\u0159e\u0148ovac\u00ed hormon obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed IBA aplikujte pouze jednou. Nep\u0159ekra\u010dujte koncentraci ani dobu ponoru. \u0158\u00edzky pono\u0159te na 5 a\u017e 15 sekund do koncentrovan\u00fdch roztok\u016f IBA a NAA. P\u0159i rychl\u00e9m pono\u0159en\u00ed stonky rovnom\u011brn\u011b absorbuj\u00ed 500 a\u017e 20 000 ppm koncentrovan\u00e9ho hormonu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Gely pro indukci zako\u0159en\u011bn\u00ed se snadno pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed a jsou nejprakti\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pro mal\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed \u0159\u00edzk\u016f. Gely nejsou rozpustn\u00e9 ve vod\u011b. Po aplikaci gely dr\u017e\u00ed a z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed na stonku d\u00e9le ne\u017e kapaliny nebo pr\u00e1\u0161ky. Na od\u0159\u00edznut\u00e9m konci stonku klonu se v\u0161ak \u010dasto objevuj\u00ed houbov\u00e9 infekce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Zako\u0159e\u0148ovac\u00ed pr\u00e1\u0161ky \u010dasto obsahuj\u00ed sm\u011bs mastku a IBA a\/nebo NAA a jsou levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e kapaliny nebo gely. Mnoz\u00ed profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed konopn\u00ed zahradn\u00edci d\u00e1vaj\u00ed p\u0159ednost zako\u0159e\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed pomoc\u00ed pr\u00e1\u0161ku, proto\u017ee je tak konzistentn\u00ed a l\u00e9pe se udr\u017euje ne\u017e kapaliny nebo gely.
